Mortal-Humans are completely vulnerable in every way, she can be stabbed and killed like any.
Wetness- For whatever reason there be, Ira can not command her fire if doused by water. After a shower it'll take till her hair dries to get her powers back.

History: 
Even in today's modern world there are still people who starve and lack homes to call their own. Ira was one of these although you shouldn't call her a poor soul, she thrived on the streets and made money when she got older. Her father was the only family she knew and a dog named Stephen. They became quite the trio, scamming people out of their money and food. Travelign many places they can seen what the country had to offer. All seemed to be well untill and very cold winter, the frost was too strong. 

Ira awoke the next day, a flame burning within her hands her heat extending to her father and the pup all night. Her father was gratful for her daughters new found abiltiy but knew that she would have to hide it or she would be captured for research. He carefully asked around and eventually found a circle of local mages that took them all in and started to teach Ira how to command her powers in simplistic ways.  The local mages convinced her father that if she wanted to continue her education she would have to go to Hellsgate University. Shortly after she left to impower herself in new ways with new people and places.
